and strategic partner for Finance FP&A and Reporting solutions, accountable for enabling accurate forecasting, financial visibility, and data‑driven decision‑making across the DePuy Synthes. </div><div>The Sr. Manager will translate business strategy into scalable finance technology roadmaps, ensuring enterprise platforms deliver measurable value, strong controls, and seamless integration across budget planning and reporting. </div><div>This is a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of finance, supply chain, and enterprise technology, offering the opportunity to shape how financial insights power operational excellence and growth across a global orthopedics business, and reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization. </div><div> </div><div>Key Responsibilities </div><div><ul><li>Own the end‑to‑end product strategy and roadmap for FP&A and Reporting technology solutions, aligning with enterprise and business priorities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements for an enterprise forecasting, budget, and actuals planning and reporting solution. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of FP&A applications supporting forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting while meeting critical Day 1 and TSA exit separation objectives </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure solutions support accurate forecasting, budgeting, cost management, and performance reporting across the enterprise. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure solutions meet financial control, compliance, and data governance requirements while enabling agility and scalability. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Drive vendor and system integrator relationships, including solution design decisions, delivery quality, and cost effectiveness. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead and mentor product owners, analysts, and cross‑functional delivery teams to achieve outcomes aligned with business value. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Monitor solution performance using defined KPIs and lead data‑driven enhancements to maximize return on investment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Champion adoption, change management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful deployment and sustained use of solutions. </li></ul></div><div> </div></div><div><div>Qualifications </div><div>Education </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Master’s degree or MBA preferred </li></ul></div><div>Experience and Skills </div><div>Required: </div><div><ul><li>8–10 years of progressive experience in IT, finance FP&A systems, with increasing leadership responsibility. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Demonstrated experience serving as a product owner or technology lead for FP&A applications. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong understanding of FP&A, cost management, forecasting, commercial and supply chain finance processes </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience delivering complex enterprise solutions in a regulated, global environment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. </li></ul></div><div>Preferred: </div><div><ul><li>Experience with leading FP&A planning platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle, and SAP SAC) and enterprise planning or analytics tools. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Background in planning medical technology, manufacturing, or complex supply chain environments. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience driving digital transformation or modernization of FP&A finance platforms. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Familiarity with agile or product‑centric delivery models. </li></ul></div><div>Other: </div><div><ul><li>Language: English proficiency required </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Travel: Up to 10–20%, domestic and limited international
