Learn more at <a href="https://www.jnj.com/medtech" target="_blank">https://www.jnj.com/medtech</a>We are searching for the best talent for Maintenance Tech II.Purpose: A general maintenance worker ensures buildings and facilities are safe, functional, and compliant by performing routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting across various trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry). Key duties include inspecting, repairing, and cleaning equipment, maintaining grounds, and responding to work orders. You will be responsible for:<ul><li>Preventative Maintenance: Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems to prevent failures.</li><li>General Repairs: Perform carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, and fixing, adjusting or replacing furniture, locks, and appliances.</li><li>Facilities Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building exterior and interior, including removing debris, painting, and pressure washing.</li><li>Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and security procedures (locking doors, monitoring systems).</li><li>Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work orders, maintenance logs, and inventory of supplies. </li></ul>Qualifications / Requirements:<ul><li>Preventative Maintenance: Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems to prevent failures.</li><li>General Repairs: Perform carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, and fixing, adjusting or replacing furniture, locks, and appliances.</li><li>Facilities Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building exterior and interior, including removing debris, painting, and pressure washing.</li><li>Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and security procedures (locking doors, monitoring systems).</li><li>Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work orders, maintenance logs, and inventory of supplies. </li></ul>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
