The role is preferred to be in West Chester, PA.</p><p></p><p><b>Purpose:</b></p><p>The Commercial Operations - Enabling Technology team is the conduit between the business and the sales organization, enabling sales growth objectives through ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the US market. Within Orthopaedics Commercial Operations, the Enabling Technology team has responsibility for implementing and auditing the operational strategy for our digital surgery offerings. The Specialist has responsibility to monitor all VELYS Trauma offerings providing support to our field sales network, driving visibility, compliance and revenue protection. As the first VELYS product within the Trauma portfolio, this demonstrates our ability to bring impactful technology to market efficiently, supporting our strategic goals and strengthening our position in the trauma and surgical space.</p><p>  The Specialist will play an integral role in helping Trauma’s exciting new Digital Surgery platform unlock its full potential!</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Supports sales team by monitoring contact expirations &amp; PO’s expirations</li><li>Partner with sales managers, service &amp; repair, contract management, VHN product support team, HCC/legal and Customer Service to ensure compliance with contracting and billing of capital equipment.</li><li>Maintain master contract and billing files for all VELYS Trauma products in the field, information is then shared with stakeholders via PowerBI for up-to-date information and reporting.</li><li>Detects and researches discrepancies to provide insights to support business decisions and sales operation needs.</li><li>Works in partnership with Field Sales Management to solicit needs and align priorities.</li><li>Works collaboratively to provide valuable, impactful, and clear communication to business partners.</li><li>Maintain SOP’s</li><li>Ensure 100% compliance within our VELYS Trauma offerings Platform</li><li>Provide mentorship to other team members and transfer knowledge across departments, Operating Companies, etc.</li><li>Proactively identify new insights to support business decisions and sales operation’s needs, including system enhancements, process improvements and other activities.</li><li>Ad-hoc projects as required</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p>Required:</p><ul><li>A minimum of a bachelor’s degree</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in interacting across all organizational levels</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate with various levels of management and external customers</li></ul><p>Preferred:</p><ul><li><p>SAP experience</p></li><li><p>PowerBI experience</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of the medical device business model</p></li><li><p>Experience working with cross‑functional teams (e.g., contracting, business analytics, sales, marketing, supply chain, finance)</p></li></ul><p> The role is office-based, and is preferred to be in West Chester, PA. Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time is required.</p><p></p><p>Johnson &amp; Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone Orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
