For more information, visit <a href="https://thenext.jnjmedtech.com/" target="_blank"><span><u>https://thenext.jnjmedtech.com/</u></span></a> .</p><p></p><p>The Product Manager, Global Strategic Marketing, Advanced Energy Capital Strategy and Innovation will lead the end-to-end Software (SW) roadmap for our capital systems and instruments across funded and/or pre-charter projects, supporting SW needs through all phases of the new product development stage-gates and launch excellence including market research, building the business case, managing regional relationships, working with R&D and cross functional partners to lead achievement of milestones, and recommending go / no go decisions at key milestones. </p><p></p><p>The person will be part of the Global Strategic Marketing team and work closely with our R&D team, as well as the Polyphonic team and other cross-functional partners such as our Service Solutions team, to ensure we continue to evolve and enhance our capital and instrument offerings. This critical role requires a seasoned Product Manager with a proven track record of managing SW roadmaps and offerings for MedTech products, ideally on a global scale, and an individual who is capable of driving execution across the organization.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop and execute the SW Roadmap for the recently launched DUALTO Energy System including:</p><ul><li><p>Identifying and prioritizing features to add in future SW releases</p></li><li><p>Map out ideal timing for the future releases</p></li><li><p>Managing the GUI translation into 22 languages coordination and implementation</p></li><li><p>Constantly prioritizing urgent needs with more strategic capability adds</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Develop and execute the SW Roadmap for our Advanced Energy instruments</p><ul><li><p>Work closely with R&D to explore algorithm opportunities</p></li><li><p>Usability feedback and improvement opportunities</p></li><li><p>Include these improvements in future SW releases as part of a comprehensive launch plan</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Collaborate with global strategic marketing, R&D, service, digital, regional sales, Marketing Management and marketing teams, to deliver a seamless go-to-market execution and on-going install base product support.</p></li><li><p>Manage dependencies, risks, budget, and timelines to achieve on-time, high-quality launch outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Drive operational excellence, ensuring readiness across all aspects of the launch process, from product delivery to service enablement, initial go live feedback and disseminate to appropriate areas for improvement or feature enhancements.</p></li><li><p>Support cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the launch are coordinated and executed effectively, including marketing, sales, operations, and customer support.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and report on SW development progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, and adjusting plans as necessary to address any issues or changes in the market.</p></li><li><p>Implement and oversee post-launch activities, including performance tracking, customer feedback collection, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product adoption and satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Drive innovation and continuous improvement in launch processes, leveraging data and insights to identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness enhancements.</p></li><li><p>Lead VoC and customer (clinical and non-clinical stakeholders) validation efforts to ensure product features and functionality meet and/or exceed customer expectations</p></li><li><p>Support and collaborate on key user interaction / touch points / Graphical User Interfaces across the Advanced Energy projects and ensuring relevant learnings are connected back to the continued development of the DUALTO Energy System</p></li><li><p>Support our Service Solutions group with the development of SW features that improve our service offerings for our capital systems</p></li><li><p>Collaborate as needed with Front End Team and associated cross functional partners (R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Human Factors, Pre-clinical, Clinical, and Medical (PCM), Business Development, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Own and drive strong connection of strategic research and VoC to communication leads across Surgery as well as the broader J&J MedTech organization including Polyphonic and Service Solutions.</p></li><li><p>Staying abreast of competitive and market trends and supporting competitive scenario analysis to help the team with offensive and defensive marketing strategies</p></li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Job Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred</p></li><li><p>A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in digital/software product management experience in Consumer Tech, High Tech, MedTech, or Cloud Platforms</p></li><li><p>Experience in product delivery following agile software development methods and prior experience taking at least one or more products from concept to launch</p></li><li><p>Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members</p></li><li><p>MedTech or devices industry knowledge background required</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills required</p></li><li><p>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred</p></li><li><p>R&D or other technical experience is preferred</p></li><li><p>A minimum of 2 years working with Development Partners in a product development environment is strongly preferred</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of the OR environment, procedures, and clinical teams preferred</p></li><li><p>Experience in MedTech Capital marketing is preferred</p></li><li><p>Outstanding data analytics skills and ability to understand technically complex concepts coupled with strategic thinking</p></li><li><p>Commercially savvy with knowledge of cross-functional processes in R&D, Quality, Supply Chain preferred</p></li><li><p>Strong ability to collaborate across boundaries (e.g., with other J&J companies and regions)</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Salary Range : US: $102,000 - $177,100</p><p><br />This position will be based in Cincinnati, OH and require up to 25% travel, including domestic and internationally.</p><p>The Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
